Pellom McDaniels, III, Emory University's Curator of African American Collections and Derek Mosley, Auburn Avenue Research Library Archivist, engage in a public conversation in response to the idea that a great deal of work created by artists of color has been lost to time because of poor maintenance, planning and lack of adequate repositories for archiving and collections. How do we keep our collections in tact? How do artists ensure their work lives after they are no longer here?
